From broad learning to a chosen pathway
Junior School (Grades 7–9) gives every learner a broad education across nine learning areas, with practical, project-based work and career guidance that helps them discover their interests and strengths.
At the end of Grade 9, learners sit the Kenya Junior School Education Assessment (KJSEA). Together with school-based assessment, it guides the choice of Senior School pathway.
Senior School (Grades 10–12) lets learners specialise in one of three pathways – STEM, Social Sciences, or Arts & Sports Science – in preparation for university, college and careers.
